The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Toronto Raptors 109-102 in game four to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors completed the sweep over the Utah Jazz, as they won 121-95 in Salt Lake City. Both Cleveland and Golden State started the playoffs with eight straight wins.
King James continues to dominate
The Cleveland Cavaliers are still unbeaten in this postseason, as they are now waiting for their opponent in the Eastern Conference finals. They beat the Raptors in Toronto on Sunday night, behind another great performance by LeBron James.
LeBron finished the game with 35 points, nine rebounds and six assists, while shooting 11 of 22 from the field, 5 of 12 from the outside and 8 of 9 from the Free Throw Line. He spent a significant 46 minutes in the game and committed just one foul. Kyrie Irving added 27 points, five rebounds, nine assists and four steals, as he shot 10 of 24 from the field, 2 of 6 from downtown and 5 of 5 from the free throw line.
Kevin Love had only five points and six rebounds in 33 minutes on the floor, as he took only seven shots and made two of them. Kyle Korver had a great game off the bench with 18 points and five rebounds, while shooting 6 of 8 from the field and 4 of 6 from the three-point line.
DeMar DeRozan finished the game with 22 points while shooting 8 of 18 from the field and 6 of 9 from the free throw line.
DeRozan also added four rebounds and eight assists to his stat sheet. Cory Joseph started the game for the second straight time, because of Kyle Lowry's injury.
Joseph had a great game, as he scored 20 points and dished 12 assists in 40 minutes of play. Serge Ibaka led the Raptors in scoring with 23 points, while P.J. Tucker added a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds.
The Warriors won by a big margin
The Golden State Warriors led 39-17 after the first quarter, but the Jazz managed to stay close by the end of the half, as they went on a break with a just eight-point deficit. The Warriors made a run in the second half, as they outscored the home team 61-43. Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 30 points and seven assists while shooting 9 of 15 from the field and 4 of 10 from downtown.
Klay Thompson added 21 points, while Kevin Durant finished the game with 18 points in 30 minutes of play. Draymond Green posted a triple-double with 17 points, ten rebounds, and 11 assists while shooting 5 of 11 from the field.
Gordon Hayward led the Jazz with 25 points, while Rudy Gobert added a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds.
