Gordon Hayward finished with 26 points on 9-for-20 shooting, while Derrick Favors stepped in to help out due to Rudy Gobert being limited by his previous injury. Favors finished with a double-double, scoring 17 points and pulling down 10 boards. George Hill also finished with 17 points to go with five assists. The Jazz shot over 50 percent for the game and outrebounded the Clippers 46-38 in a big win.

The bad news for Utah tonight is that the team may be without Derrick Favors after his big performance on Sunday. The latest reports were that Favors sat out of practice on Monday with a sore back, leaving his status for tonight's game up in the air.

The Warriors will be without their coach Steve Kerr, who also has been dealing with back issues due to the back surgery he had several years ago.

As most fans might expect, Utah finds themselves as huge underdogs heading into tonight's Game 1 against the best team in the league, Golden State. The Warriors are -2500 on the moneyline with a point spread of 13.5-points in their favor. The Jazz are +1100 moneyline underdogs, while the over/under is at 206.5 points for the game. The Warriors are 41-37-1 against the spread as favorites and 21-19-1 ATS at home, while Utah is 8-15 ATS as underdogs or 19-21-1 ATS as the away team.
