The latest WWE "Monday Night Raw" episode results for February 27th included more build-up towards Sunday's "Fastlane" pay-per-view. Kevin Owens, Roman Reigns, and Braun Strowman were all on hand as part of WWE "Raw." In addition, seth rollins returned after his vicious attack at the hands of Samoa Joe to discuss his future in the ring for "WrestleMania 33." Leading off the show was Bill Goldberg, who came to make his intentions for the upcoming pay-per-view clear to the fans and his opponent.
Goldberg & match results
Goldberg started off "Raw" and let Kevin Owens know that he'll be walking out of WWE "Fastlane" as the champion on Sunday.
That brought out Owens to interrupt and tell Goldberg he's next in the "evolution of Owens." Goldberg challenged him to fight right there, but Owens backed away saying the fans there didn't deserve to see him fight tonight.

In WWE match results, New Day defeated Rusev and Jinder Mahal after a distraction involving Kofi Kingston, Lana, and Rusev led to Jinder being pinned. Akira Tozawa defeated Noam Dar but was attacked post-match by Brian Kendrick to teach him yet another lesson. In other Cruiserweight action, the champ Neville teamed with Tony Nese, but they fell to Jack Gallagher and TJ Perkins via submission.
The women's division was in action as champion Bayley teamed with Sasha to take on Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax. Jax got the upper hand late and slammed Sasha on top of Bayley before hitting a leg drop to pin the champ. Later, Sasha was informed by Stephanie McMahon that she'll face Nia at "Fastlane" this Sunday.
Seth Rollins interview
Seth Rollins made his return to "Raw" in an in-ring interview with Corey Graves. He talked about being injured again and how much it sucks to be out of action right now. He said he felt maybe he deserved all this because he didn't deliver on being a new man the last time he returned. Rollins seemed to say doctors said he wasn't going to be cleared for WWE's "WrestleMania 33."

Triple H came out to the ring apron and Samoa Joe joined him to intimidate Rollins.
HHH threatened Rollins to not even bother trying to come to "WrestleMania" or it would be the last time he sees a WWE ring. Rollins snapped back that he has nothing left to lose and promised he'll be at "Mania."
Main event & contract signing
The main event match featured "The Destroyer" Samoa Joe in action against Cesaro. Earlier in the night, Sheamus had offered to kick Joe's head off but Cesaro told him he'd handle it on his own. In the ring, Cesaro put up a good effort but Joe managed to hurt one of Cesaro's legs. Joe continued to target that particular injury and eventually used it to hang up Cesaro on the side ropes before hitting a side slam move for the win.
Post-match, while Joe was giving an interview on stage to Charley Caruso, Sami Zayn's music hit.
The Canadian superstar rushed out to fight with Joe, with the two eventually being separated by security guards and refs. Zayn hit a big dive off the stage to take out Joe on the lower area before they were pulled apart again. The two will meet at Sunday's "Fastlane" PPV.
Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns come face-to-face in the ring. Earlier in the evening, Strowman had demanded that Mick Foley get Reigns in the ring for an official contract signing so Roman wouldn't try to back out of their "Fastlane" match. With just Foley and Braun in the ring, the big man tried to intimidate the WWE legend, but eventually Roman's music hit and he arrived out for a fight.

Strowman and Reigns ended up fighting at ringside into the crowd, with Reigns eventually gaining control and spearing Braun through a barrier near the timekeeper's area.
Reigns would get back to the ring only for Strowman to get back up and into the ring. The two fought more with Braun throwing Reigns hard into the corner causing the turnbuckle and ropes to snap away. As Strowman headed up the ramp, Reigns still managed to crawl over and sign his name on the dotted line to make Sunday's match official.
