'Fantasy Island' was a poor excuse for a horror film. It was a horror film deserving of its PG-13 rating. 'Fantasy Island' had some great actors and actresses but failed to draw in the crowds. The scares were cheap and predictable. Blumhouse pretty much cut out all the blood and gore, to limit the frights. The box office numbers are very low for this horror film, as it enters its second week in theaters. Stay home and avoid this poor excuse of a horror film.
