Khloe Kardashian may be going into labor with her first child just as reports surge that her boyfriend (and baby daddy) Cleveland Cavaliers player Tristan Thompson has been Cheating on her during the pregnancy. And if the reports are true, he has been cheating regularly and as recently as April 7, when the NBA star was seen entering a ritzy hotel with a mystery brunette. Tristan was first spotted with the woman at a New York nightclub, and later filmed entering the Four Seasons with the then-unknown lady.

This mystery lady was also photographed leaving the hotel carrying a Louis Vuitton overnight bag the next day, suggesting an act of infidelity had occurred.

After speculation on the identity of the mystery lady ran rampant among Twitter fans, the Hollywood gossip gurus officially identified her as Lani Blair, an Instagram model and bartender at a club in Queens. Though Tristan's behavior may be shocking, given that Khloe is about to give birth to his daughter, this is not the first time he has been caught on tape cheating on Khloe.

Tristan Thompson caught cheating with two women in October

The video footage, initially obtained by TMZ, reveals Tristan with three women in a hookah bar in Washington, D.C. on October 7, when Khloe was just three months pregnant. In the video, NBA player Tristan Thompson kisses one of the women and puts his head in a second woman's chest (who returns the favor with a sensual grab).

The third woman, while present for the action, apparently did not get involved while the camera was rolling.

Khloe will give birth in Cleveland, despite Tristan's cheating

Though the buzz about Tristan's pattern of cheating may be disturbing to fans (and we can only imagine to Khloe), Khloe has not announced plans to leave Cleveland to give birth to her baby girl.

According to physicians, it's too late in the pregnancy for travel to be safe. Reality TV icon Khloe Kardashian has also remained silent about the surfacing news of Tristan's infidelity.

After all, Khloe has been through this before. In 2016, she divorced her husband Lamar Odom, notorious for cheating himself. Former basketball star Lamar and "Revenge Body" host Khloe married in 2009, then separated in 2013, but the formal divorce was delayed a few years following Lamar's near death from an overdose in a Nevada ranch of ill repute.

With a baby girl on the way, and with baby daddy Tristan's apparent infidelity now exposed, Khloe Kardashian seems destined to face some tough decisions again. Though Khloe is staying in Ohio for the childbirth, emotions may be getting hot in Cleveland.
