Brittany Cartwright faced rumors of a potential weight gain and pregnancy last year as she and boyfriend Jax Taylor seemingly packed on a substantial amount of weight. However, several months later, Cartwright and Taylor both appear to have shed tons of added pounds and have been showing off their weight loss progress on their Instagram and Twitter pages.

On Sunday, the "Vanderpump Rules" star and SUR Restaurant waitress took to her Instagram page and shared a photo of herself and several girlfriends enjoying a brunch date. In the photo, Cartwright stood beside her friends in a tight blue dress.

Days prior, Cartwright shared another image on Instagram that showed her taking a mirror selfie in a tight Black Dress. In the caption, Cartwright told fans, "I worked for it!"

How has Brittany Cartwright been spending her time since filming season six?

For the past several months, Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor have been seen hitting the gym hard as they continue to travel around the country with one another. Although Cartwright and Taylor aren't able to travel too much while in production on "Vanderpump Rules," they are currently enjoying tons of free time until filming on season seven begins. While Bravo TV has confirmed the renewal of the series, a film start date has not yet been revealed.

Is Brittany Cartwright engaged to Jax Taylor?

Despite the fact that Jax Taylor admitted to cheating on Brittany Cartwright with Faith Stowers in 2017, he and Cartwright have been faced with ongoing engagement rumors in recent weeks due to a mysterious ring that continues to be seen on Cartwright's finger. As fans may recall, Cartwright also sparked rumors of an engagement during an appearance on Andy Cohen's talk show "Watch What Happens Live" earlier this year.

During the appearance, Cartwright showed off the ring she was wearing on her engagement finger and said that her boyfriend was also wearing a ring on his wedding finger. As for why he was choosing to do so, Cartwright said Taylor liked wearing the ring and was itching to get married. That said, no official announcement has been made.
