On Saturday night (April 14), Coachella 2018 became known as Beychella 2018. During the historic two-hour long performance on the main stage, Beyoncé delivered an electrifying jaw-dropping performance backed by over a hundred dancers, background singers, and drumline. The singer surprised the crowd when she brought out Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, reuniting Destiny's Child for the special night.

The group performed several of their hits including, "Say My Name" and "Lose My Breath." The show included a performance with the singer's husband, Jay-Z, and an appearance by her sister, Solange. The sisters did a playful dance routine to "Get Me Bodied."

Beyoncé opened the show with a female drummer followed by female dancers that revealed the singer in a Balmain Nefertiti-inspired crystal-bedecked black, silver, and gold body suit that was fit for a queen. Her outfit was complemented with a black feather headdress and an Egyptian goddess cape. The "Formation" singer was met with cheers by the thousands as she strutted towards the main stage with a gold cobra cane in hand while the band opened with New Orleans Second Line music.

Oliver Rousteing custom designed the singer's five outfits including the outfit worn by Destiny's Child. He collaborated with the singer for all of her looks.

The tribute

The singer paid tribute to her black Texas and Louisiana heritage by adding the sounds of New Orleans jazz and Texas Chopped-N-Screwed sounds into the rendition of some of her greatest hits.

At the beginning of the show, the singer sang the poem "Lift Every Voice and Sing" which is known as the Black National Anthem. Beyoncé showcased the essences of HBCU's (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) culture through stepping and a marching band halftime show performance.

Adele posted videos on Instagram showing how much she was enjoying a jaw-dropping night from the queen. With a trumpet in hand like Beyonce's HBCU-styled marching band, Adele unleashed her inner Beyonce.

Then the "Hello" singer proceeded to show off her Beyoncé-like dance moves.

She even did a hair flip like Bey.
