"Days of our Lives" spoilers suggest that there may be another pregnancy shocker in Salem very soon. As "DOOL" fans already know, Lani is currently pregnant with Eli's baby. Although Eli has no idea that Lani is carrying his child, it seems like the cat will be out of the bag very soon. In the meantime, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) believes that the baby belongs to him. It seems like JJ will be devastated when he finds out that Lani not only had a one night stand with Eli, but that the two conceived a child as well.

Did Eli get two women pregnant?

According to the latest "Days of our Lives" news and spoilers from Soap Hub, it is possible that Lani's child won't be the only "DOOL" baby born in 2018.

Viewers recently watched Eli and his girl Gabi Herandez take their relationship to the next level. The pair recently hit the sheets and some fans believe that Gabi will now also be pregnant with Eli's baby. This would be shocking for everyone involved, especially Eli, who would taking on the responsibility of being a father to two children.

Gabi to finally lay into Lani?

Meanwhile, Gabi's life would also be turned upside down. Of course, Gabi will eventually find out that Eli cheated on her with Lani, as well as becoming a mom for a second time. As "Days Of Our Lives" fans know, Gabi is already the mother to an adorable daughter named Arianna, whom she shares with Will Horton. Gabi already has the mother thing down.

However, being a single mother to two children is much different than having just one. Meanwhile, "DOOL" fans may also soon see Gabi and Lani finally have it out. Once Gabi finds out that Lani slept with Eli, she may become very angry. As viewers may remember, when JJ and Gabi were together he cheated on her with Lani, and now it seems Lani may ruin another one of Gabi's relationships.

Perhaps Gabi will finally give Lani a piece of her mind.

Some "Days of our Lives" fans are hoping that Eli and Lani's betrayal could lead to JJ and Gabi rekindling their romance. Many "DOOL" watchers have been rooting for the former couple to get back together for months, and this could be just the opportunity they needed to go running back into each other's arms.

However, other fans believe that Gabi could also find a love connection in Salem's newest bad boy, Stefan.
