If you have been following the Duggar family for a while now, then you would know that Jeremy Vuolo is Jinger Duggar’s husband. Now, even if you are the biggest Duggar fan out there, you might not know what Vuolo does for a living. Well, I’ll just say that Vuolo has quite the interesting career history if you ever want to look into it. His career history
Now, through my research, and citing a report from a blog called Romper, Vuolo has quite the different range of income streams in his past.
You see, before marrying Jinger Duggar, his first proper job was playing soccer professionally. Vuolo began to play soccer professionally in his first year at Hartwick College, and then he eventually transferred to Syracuse University in 2010 to finish his final year. After college, he went on to play for the soccer club AC Oulu in which he helped them record eleven clean sheets out of 21 games, which placed his team at third place in the league. If that didn't impress the Duggar family I don't know what will.
After Vuolo finished his college soccer career, he decided to step away from soccer for a while to focus on his ministry studies full-time. This, however, caused some tension within the Duggar family.
Jim Bob, who is the father of the Duggar children said, “Jeremy, being on the kind of modest pastor salary, when you get married, it's going to be a lot tighter, going from being a single guy to being a married guy.” Yes, the father of the family believes that being a minister does not earn you enough money and he believes that Vuolo should get a better job.
Jeremy Vuolo’s appearances on 'Counting On'
It is worth mentioning that in the marriage between Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo, Vuolo isn’t the sole breadwinner of the family. We know this as Jinger regularly appears on the family reality television show “Counting On” and it has been noted that she is making quite a good salary by staring in the Duggar show.
With Vuolo, of course, being Jinger’s husband, he makes appearances in the show as well. It is noted that Vuolo doesn’t actually get along well with Jill Duggar’s husband, Derick Dillard. I believe this feud started because of Dillard’s unsanctioned missionary work. This caused Vuolo to say that any missionary work that is not associated with a church does more harm than good which I’m sure annoyed Jill and her husband, Derick Dillard.
