"The Talk" has a new co-host. She made her first appearance as a full-time host on Tuesday, November 14. Eve, whose full name is Eve Jeffers Cooper, is replacing Aisha Tyler who left the show three months ago. The Grammy winner was introduced as just Eve because that's her stage name. Her assignment brings the number of co-hosts back up to five like it has always been. She becomes the ninth co-host in the history of the CBS daytime talk show.

Eve appeared to be very comfortable and confident in the position on her first day. When the show first began, she did not walk out with the other four women.

An empty chair was waiting for her at the table. When moderator Julie Chen introduced her, the 39-year-old singer and actress came out and took the seat that had been occupied by Tyler for six years. Eve joins Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, and Sheryl Underwood. She is no stranger to the show because she was a guest host on October 30. She was just one of several guest co-hosts CBS used on the show while looking for a permanent replacement.

Eve acknowledged that she is the most excited than she has been in a very long time. She stated that being on "The Talk" on Tuesday was like being at school on the first day. She said her face actually hurt from smiling so much.

Angelica McDaniel, executive vice president of daytime programs at CBS Entertainment said Eve brings chemistry and a bond of friendship among the other hosts.

McDaniel said the new co-host will add a new layer to the show. After Eve was introduced, Chen shared some things about her.

Even though she is well known in the music community, others were delighted to find out interesting things about the new person at the table. It was a good birthday present for her because she just turned 39 four days ago on November 10.

Eve is a successful singer who has performed with Gwen Stefani and others. The rapper is also an actress known for having roles in the "Barbershop" series and starring in her own sitcom "Eve." She also has her own fashion line.

Personal life

Eve has an interesting personal life as viewers will find out as they continue to watch the talk show.

She divides her time between London, Los Angeles, and New York. That's because she married British entrepreneur Maximillion Cooper on June 14, 2014, after dating him for four years. She has no children of her own, but she adores and gets along with her four stepchildren.
