Jenelle Evans doesn't want her own mother speaking of her publicly. After sending letters of Cease and Desist to at least two of her "Teen Mom 2" co-stars, including Chelsea Houska and Kailyn Lowry. A new report claims the mother of three has also taken aim at her mom in an effort to put a stop to any negative statements Barbara Evans may be making in a public setting or on social media.

On November 27, Radar Online shared a report with readers in which they revealed that Jenelle Evans has requested in her legal letter that Barbara Evans quit discussing the drug and child abuse allegations against her.

According to Barbara, she received her letter from her daughter on Monday and shared some of the content with the outlet.

What did Jenelle Evans' letter to her mother allege?

In her letter of cease and desist, Evans claimed that her mother had reportedly made false and defamatory statements against her and her husband, David Eason. However, according to Barbara Evans, she hasn't said a thing about her daughter or son-in-law that isn't true. Barbara was also accused of speaking disrespectfully to her daughter. Still, Barbara insists that she doesn't make up any of her comments and believes the letter is "comical."

“My lawyer said ‘What is this? Oh, my God. They are crazy,” Barbara Evans told Radar Online.

Jenelle Evans has been accused of using drugs while pregnant

Months ago, in a custody filing made against Jenelle Evans by Doris Davidson, the mother of her ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith, the "Teen Mom 2" star was accused of allegedly testing positive for marijuana during the time she was expecting her third child, daughter Ensley Jolie Eason.

Around the same time, Barbara Evans told Radar Online that after learning her daughter had reportedly tested positive for the drug, she refused to allow the reality star's oldest son, eight-year-old Jace, to be around her.

Barbara Evans also revealed another shocking claim when she suggested Jenelle Evans had allegedly smoked weed while pregnant with her son Jace.

“[Jenelle Evans] was friggin’ stoned the whole time [she was pregnant with Jace.] I don’t care what it is," she fumed. "It is illegal. She is irresponsible."

Jenelle Evans and her co-stars, including Kailyn Lowry, Leah Messer, Briana DeJesus, and Chelsea Houska, are currently in production for the upcoming season of "Teen Mom 2." No word yet on a premiere date for the new installment.
