If you are a fan of Jinger Duggar and her husband Jeremy Vuolo you would obviously want to meet them at some point. Well, now you can as Jinger and her husband Jeremy are creating a Meet And Greet for their fans. However, it is worth noting that this Duggar meet and greet is not free as the couple will be charging their fans $60 to meet them on November 15. However, before you get annoyed at the "Counting On" stars please be aware that the money they will be receiving for the meet and greet will be going to a good cause. The Duggar Family Blog confirmed this information.
What is the point of this meet and greet?
The reason that this Duggar couple has put a price tag on this Duggar meet and greet is that they are trying to raise a considerable amount of money for a charity. This charity isn’t just any charity as it was created by Jeremy’s mother, Diana Vuolo. The charity is called "SWAN 4 Kids" and it is a non-profit organization that provides children who have incarcerated parents with singing lessons.
The Duggar meet and greet event will take place at the "Make An Extraordinary Difference Gala." The entire gala will be three hours long, and it will again be held on November 15. The guests can either pay $60 per single ticket, or they can pay $550 to have a table with up to ten people.
It is also unknown if Duggar and Vuolo will make a speech at the charity event or if they are just there to mingle with the attendees. The guests will also get to hear a musical performance when they are enjoying their dinner. Let's just hope that this charity does wonders for the children involved and not be an alleged scam like Derick Dillard's charity.
This was when he begged for money online for unqualified missionary work in which the website had to shut down his fundraising attempt as they saw it as a scam.
Controversies surrounding Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo
I know that this charity seems like a brilliant idea, but a few fans of the Duggar’s have made some hateful comments about it.
You see, some people accuse the couple of hiding a religious message that the charity possesses. As if you go onto the charity’s website you will see that the head members of this non-profit organization are “Biblical Christians” who want these children to be exposed to “Biblical mentoring and Gospel truths.” This wouldn’t be the first time that the Duggar family have been accused of hiding secrets. After all, who could forget Josh Duggar’s problems with the law or how Jeremy said Jill's husband Derick Dillard's missionary work was doing more harm than good? Nonetheless, this family is never without a tad of controversy. Be sure to check out what the family gets up to on their reality television series "Counting On." Which will hopefully be renewed for a new season.
