Over the last few days, there has been a lot of chatter in the entertainment world about Kylie Jenner. The youngest member of the Kardashian/Jenner household has been making headlines for her rumored pregnancy with boyfriend Travis Scott, a rumor that she has chosen to remain extremely tight-lipped about.

All eyes are on Jenner at this time, and while fans eagerly await a statement addressing her reported pregnancy, another unexpected thing happened: she disappeared. Or at least it seemed that way because Jenner skipped out on a very important photo shoot.

Where is Kylie Jenner?

On October 16, Kardashian momager Kris Jenner took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes look at the Kardashian clan's Christmas Special. It’s something they do every year, and it’s something they do as a unit.

In the photo every member of the family is present, except for Kylie -- there were even a few elves and a Santa. So it shouldn’t come as too much of a shock that no one paid any attention to Kris’ mention of how the family had been ice skating with American figure skater Nancy Kerrigan (yes, the retired Olympic medal-winning skater) in Calabasas, in 95-degree heat. The reason for this was because the only question on everyone’s mind was why isn’t Kylie in the photo?

Is it because she doesn’t want to show the world her baby bump? Is she taking a break from the spotlight? Has she had a fall out with her famous family? These are thoughts that were echoed by fans, and the comment section of the photo was filled with concern.

There's an explanation for everything

The good news is that we do have answers, kinda.

According to recent reports from People magazine, a source has revealed that Kylie was a part of the family’s annual Christmas segment, but she just chose to stay out of the ice-skating photo.

The source said, “They taped a Christmas special at Kris’ house. Kylie was there but didn’t ice skate. She kept in the background, but seemed great.” The source also added that Khloé, who has confirmed she is expecting her first child with boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, was also careful about how much physical activity she did.

So there we have it, the answer to the where is Kylie Jenner debacle. Still, Kris Jenner's photo has certainly not helped put an end to the pregnancy rumors, and if anything it’s only gotten Kylie Jenner’s trending once again. But considering that Kylie has remained awfully secretive on the issue, perhaps that's the outcome that she wanted.
