Naya Rivera literally had a change of heart following the news that she calls off the Divorce from husband Ryan Dorsey, nearly a year after they confirm their split. A report from E! News confirmed that the 30-year old star is no longer moving forward with the divorce case and is filing a request for its dismissal.

To recall, Rivera originally filed a divorce back in November of 2016. The former couple is planning to make their relationship work once more for their son. A reliable source told E! News that Rivera is back together with her husband and both are doing their best to make things work.

Reuniting with Dorsey

The former "Glee" star was first engaged to Big Sean in 2013. However, the rapper reportedly called off their wedding and it paved her way to Dorsey. After being with each other for three months, the pair was reported tying the knot in a secret wedding in Mexico in July 2014.

Both have enjoyed their growing family when they welcomed their first child in September 2015. Their baby boy was named, Josey Hollis Dorsey. Everything seemed to be well but not until they reached two years of their marriage. Rivera filed for a divorce last year while citing irreconcilable differences as the main cause. The actress also had requested for a legal custody of their son following the divorce, and for her husband to have his own visitation rights for Josey.

As this recent news emerged online, it looked like things in their relationship are turning for the better. The former couple believed that working on their relationship is a challenge but they will do their best because their son is their main priority.

Doing what is best for Josey

Most of their followers were reportedly surprised following Rivera's decision.

In a statement jointly released by the couple in November, it stated, “After much consideration, we have made the decision to end our marriage."

However, Rivera and Dorsey had always stuck to their main priority which is their son. Despite the difficult time that both had gone through, both have finally decided to do what is best for their child.

Finally, the couple is set to give their relationship one last try. A report from People has confirmed that the "Glee" star also wanted to alleviate the drama and to focus on what is best for their family.

Reporters from People had requested for Rivera's comments amidst the news, however, the former star has not responded yet. After having been separated for almost a year, Rivera and Dorsey have finally found their way back to each other.
