Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson finally made their first-ever public appearance since rumors of their pregnancy came out several days ago. According to several news outlets, the couple is reportedly expected to welcome their first child early next year despite Khloe Kardashian's fertility problems.
"It's going to be a very busy time for the Kardashian-Jenner family," a source said. "Everyone is thrilled," according to E! Online.

The news of Khloe Kardashian's rumored pregnancy came after Kylie Jenner was reported to be expecting a baby girl with Travis Scott.
The two "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" stars, however, have yet to make a comment on these rumors.
Before the Kardashian-Jenner clan was bombarded with pregnancy rumors, Khloe Kardashian was always open about starting a family with Tristan Thompson. Explaining her desire to settle down with the NBA player, the TV personality opened up about her fertility issues that are due to fewer follicles on her ovaries than normal. This makes it difficult for her to conceive a child.
"I would love to have a family," she said in an episode of the reality show. "We’ve talked about it. He is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father."
It is worth noting that the 26-year-old hotshot shares a son with his ex-girlfriend who gave birth to a baby boy in December 2016.
Khloe Kardashian, therefore, knows that Tristan Thompson will become a great father to their future children.
"I definitely want to be a mom. But I don’t put the pressure on it. It’s not like, the clock is ticking. I feel in my soul it will happen," she explained.
The 33-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star described her relationship with the NBA star as "the best relationship" she has ever been in.
"I believe in marriage and I want to be married again one day but I don't have a time frame. Why do people think that marriage equates to happiness? There are a lot of people in unhealthy marriages," she explained.
Khloe and Tristan spotted in Cleveland after pregnancy news
Since the news of her rumored pregnancy broke, Khloe Kardashian has chosen to keep tight-lipped on the issue and even covered any sign of a growing baby bump during her recent public appearance with Tristan Thompson on Sunday.
According to E! News, the couple were in Cleveland when they were photographed in the wake of pregnancy rumors. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wore an over-sized black hoodie matched with a pair of knee-high boots and sunglasses.
The NBA pro sported a black hoodie and a pair of white sneakers during their public appearance. Neither of the two has granted an interview to confirm or deny pregnancy reports.
