Uriah Shelton, who is best known for his characters in "13 Reasons Why" and "Girl Meets World," is now facing a restraining order after he allegedly kicked a female friend in her stomach. According to a TMZ report, the two had an argument and the actor responded with a kick to her midsection.

The woman said she tried to stop Uriah Shelton from getting into his truck when he kicked her in the gut and that caused "inflamed intestines and bruising to muscles." On top of that, the actor and singer reportedly threatened her and reminded her about his firearms.

Actor accused of kicking female friend

Following the alleged incident, the "13 Reasons Why" alum was ordered to stay 100 yards away from the complainant. A representative said the actor is currently unavailable to make a comment although he has denied the allegation against him.

Aside from his role in the popular Netflix series, the 20-year-old actor is also known for his appearances in "The Glades," "Blue," "Ring of Death" and more. Uriah Shelton, who plays the role of Pratters in "13 Reasons Why" said the series has made him realize about the impact of one's actions and words on others.

He said that this tends to make a person realize the need to use his or her actions and words for the right reason.

He also discouraged manipulation, abuse, hurting other people, "and if you do accidentally hurt someone, make things right with them. It may be hard, but it's the right thing to do," he said.

When asked if he will be back for the second season of "13 Reasons Why" Uriah Shelton said he was still unsure of his character's fate in the Netflix series.

Meanwhile, the actor has also opened up about his relationship with his "Girl Meets World" co-stars.

Tension among 'Girl Meets World' cast members

Uriah Shelton frankly said that he did not get along with most of them although he has nothing but respect for their differences. He even commended Rowan Blanchard for her passion although he claimed that the actress did not actually like him.

"I don't have anything against her. She's a very, you know, passionate girl. She definitely wholeheartedly believes what she does," he said of his co-star.

"Girl Meets World" ran for three seasons before it was canceled earlier this year. Uriah Shelton appeared in a total of eight episodes as Joshua Matthews. Aside from his small screen appearances, the actor has also starred in several movies, including "Lower Learning," "Opposite Day," "Alabama Moon" and "The Warriors Gate."
