vicki gunvalson made a serious accusation on the previous season of "The Real Housewives of orange county." Vicki claimed that shannon beador had told her in confidence that her husband David Beador had beaten her. She claims that she knows that David had gotten violent with her and for a while, Gunvalson revealed she had the evidence to prove it. When Shannon learned that Vicki was spreading this news to fans, she freaked out. She claims that the story is fabricated and she never told Vicki that David beat her. On last year's "The Real Housewives of Orange County" reunion special, Beador explained that they had been on vacation and she had fallen while they were in an argument.
Gunvalson's co-stars want her to release the text messages and pictures that she claims prove that Shannon is lying about the abuse. On "The Real Housewives of Orange County," Vicki was encouraged to show Shannon what she had on her phone. But according to a new report, Vicki Gunvalson reveals there's no way she can do this. Now, she's blaming a technical issue on why all of her talking will remain talking.
No longer has the evidence
"Tamra saying that I should reveal the text messages that Shannon sent me that night in August 2014 is because I don’t have that phone anymore and those images and messages were not forwarded to my new iPhones that were replaced 3x now," Vicki Gunvalson explains in her Bravo blog, revealing that even if she wanted to share the text messages with her co-stars, she's unable to as the phone is long gone.
Given she's on a reality show, it seems odd that she wouldn't have saved these kinds of pictures and messages. As a former friend, Vicki could have used these to prove David was beating Shannon should she end up in a situation where she needed someone to speak up for her. In addition, many "Real Housewives" stars are often saving messages and pictures and then printing them for reunion shows.
What's the truth?
It sounds like the truth has yet to surface in this matter. Vicki Gunvalson probably wouldn't have talked about these pictures and abuse scandal without the possibility that something truly happened. One could also guess that Shannon is downplaying what happened to protect her children. If David really did get aggressive with her, Shannon may not want her children to know about it.
