Kensington Palace announced on Monday, September 4 that Kate Middleton and Prince William are expecting a third child. The announcement came after it was confirmed that the Duchess of Cambridge was forced to cancel an engagement due to extreme morning sickness.
The Duke of Cambridge was very vocal about his desire to have a large brood. However, new reports are claiming that the royal couple was actually surprised that royal baby number three is underway.
William and Kate are having a third baby
HollywoodLife reported that Kate and William are very happy that they are expecting again.
The news outlet claimed the couple was totally surprised that another baby is arriving soon since they were not aggressively trying to get pregnant as of late.
“It’s also very bitter sweet timing, as it’s the 20th anniversary of Diana’s death this year,” an unnamed insider told HollywoodLife.
“…so although William has been feeling particularly sad, the new baby is affording him a lot of joy too,” the same source went on.
Rumors have it that the upcoming royal baby number three could arrive in March 2018. Though the royal couple has no preference, they are still clueless about the baby’s sex.
There are also reports claiming that even Prince Harry was thrilled after learning that Kate and William are expecting again.
The boyfriend of Meghan Markle is reportedly excited that he will soon have another nephew or niece to spoil.
While these reports could possibly be true, neither of them has confirmed anything as of yet. Therefore, fans should take these speculations lightly until everything is proven true and correct.

Meanwhile, Prince William announced during a policing and mental health conference in Oxford that having a new royal baby is very good news. However, Prince Harry’s elder brother also revealed that he is sleep deprived due to Kate Middleton’s third pregnancy.
The sister of Pippa Middleton is reportedly being treated for having severe morning sickness.
Also called hyperemesis gravidarum, the condition sent her to the hospital during her first two pregnancies.
Despite this, Prince Harry assured fans that Kate is already getting better now.
