Going by the latest reports it seems Jennifer Garner’s estranged husband Ben Affleck and his current girl friend Lindsay Shookus have already started planning their wedding. The duo went public with their relationship in July this year.
Batman star already planning a wedding with girlfriend
According to In Touch Weekly, a source close to the couple revealed that Affleck and Shookus are already talking about marriage. Notably, both Ben and Lindsay are yet to be legally separated from their estranged spouses. The insider claimed that the two are planning to get hitched as soon as they get their divorces are done with.
Affleck officially filed for divorce in April 2017.
Recently, it was reported that the "Justice League" star has already started introducing his lady love, Shookus, to his family and close friends. The list includes Ben’s brother Casey Affleck and close friend Matt Damon. The lovebirds were even spotted attending a party in Los Angeles hosted by Matt for the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor fight. The “Saturday Night Live” producer felt very comfortable and enjoyed Ben’s friends company.
However, Ben Affleck is yet to introduce his girlfriend to his three kids, -Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5 who he shares with his ex - Jennifer Garner. This might be because Garner is not happy with the idea of introducing her ex-husband’s girlfriend to her kids who don’t know that their father is in a relationship.
Divorce proceedings going on smoothly
Previous reports claimed that the “Miracles of Heaven” star is demanding a lot of money from her estranged husband, who currently has an estimated net worth of over $105 million. But Gossip Cop went on to check the authenticity of the alleged reports and found that the battle over money report is nothing more than a rumor.
In fact, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner recently met up at their daughters' Violet and Seraphina’s elementary school. The couple escorted their children to the school as it was their first day, reported X17 Online. The photographer who took their pictures revealed that the estranged couple was comfortable together and were acting as if nothing happened between them.
This hints that the ex-couple's divorce proceedings are going smoothly without any drama.
It seems the 45-year-old former "Alias" star is ready to move on with her life. She recently joined the picture sharing website, Instagram, and encouraged her fans to follow in her first post.
