"Dancing With The Stars" returns to ABC on Monday, September 18 and fans won't want to miss the opening number for the show's 25th season. All 13 celebrity dancers and their pro partners will perform a routine that will feature head judge Len Goodman to kick off the show's milestone season.

And that's not all. ABC is bringing back some of the most popular theme nights this season, including one that hasn't been in the lineup since season 15. Here's what to expect on the "DWTS" premiere and some information on this season's theme nights.

Len Goodman hits the dance floor

Head judge Len Goodman will put on his dancing shoes on the "DWTS" season premiere. The show's 25th-anniversary celebration will be off to a great start when Len joins the entire cast for the opening number. According to ABC, the performance was choreographed by Mandy Moore — what a spectacular way to start the season.

'DWTS' season 25 theme nights

Theme nights are always a fan favorite and ABC won't disappoint this season. The always-popular Disney Night will return, so expect to see at least Prince Charming to hit the dance floor with at least one of the popular Disney princesses. Last season, former Bachelor Nick Viall was passed over for the Prince Charming role and donned a Pinocchio outfit — thankfully, he had a good sense of humor.

In addition to Disney Night, People magazine reports two other popular themes will return this season including Latin Night and Guilty Pleasures Night. If you're not familiar with the Guilty Pleasures theme, it hasn't been around since 2012 (season 15) and features dances to songs including "Gangnam Style" and "The Macarena."

First elimination of the season

Everyone will be safe on night one — the first elimination won't happen until the second week of competition.

The first round of dancing on premiere night is important — no one wants to be the first to go home during Week 2, so expect all 13 couples to show off their hard work during the premiere.

The first night will feature a variety of dance styles including the Cha Cha Cha, Salsa, Foxtrot, and the Tango. See a complete list of the premiere night songs and dances here.

Fans will get to vote for their favorite couple during the premiere. Votes will be combined with the judges' scores to determine who will leave during Week 2.

In addition to voting, ABC has created the first "Dancing with the Stars" fantasy league. Play along and predict this season's Mirrorball trophy winner.
