Effects of dancing on her body

It is apparent that Bella already has a beautiful body but it appears that she improved even more because of dancing. She revealed that she already lost five pounds despite eating carbohydrates.

According to her, her calories are burned because she practices dancing a lot.

Bella said that she wants to lose another five pounds while keeping her butt big. She also added that dancing is like flexing the whole time which she calls a "weird burn."

Dancing indeed had a positive effect on her body and her time practicing was all worth it, as she nailed her debut on the show. The WWE star danced to "So What" by P!nk for the premiere incorporating some wrestling moves to her dance routine. She got a score of 20 out 30, ranking number 4 which saved her from being eliminated.

Her fiance's reaction

One thing that inspires Bella is her fiance John Cena, who is very supportive. Bella said that Cena likes it when she challenges herself to do something, adding that her appearance on "Dancing With the Stars" is a turn-on for him.
