British actor Robert Pattinson gained international recognition following his role in “The Twilight Saga” as the vampire Edward Cullen, who fell in love with a regular teenage girl Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart). He eventually fell in love with k-Stew in real life, where they started dating in 2008 until 2013. They broke up after the actress’ photos were published online getting cozy with her “Snow White and the Huntsman” director, Rupert Sanders. R-Pattz is now dating English singer-songwriter FKA Twigs and has been busy promoting his new film “Good Time.” In his recent interview, the actor discussed his struggles in dealing with the media, his relationships, among others.
R-Pattz is breaking the walls around him
During an interview with “Cbs Sunday Morning” with correspondent Michelle Miller, Robert Pattinson said that being one of the famous stars, he knows that people tend to define him as a person according to their judgment. However, he is glad that he has the kind of job that allows him to go out of the box. "I think so much of life people are trying to put you in a box and define you all the time," he told Miller. "And it's just exciting to have a job where you're allowed to break the walls of the box around you consistently." He went on to say that the only thing that he likes being famous is that he gets paid real good although most of his movies, which he considers “weird” don’t make a lot of money most of the time.
That’s of course except “The Twilight Saga” that made Robert Pattinson one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood and earned him Forbes and TIME’s one of the 100 most influential people in 2010. R-Pattz also talked about his personal relationships. It can be recalled when he told Howard Stern in a July interview that he’s been having difficulties dealing with the “professional trolls.” He described them as a “group of crack crazies” who tend to hurt him and his fiancée, FKA Twigs, whom he’s been engaged to since April 2015.
R-Pattz engagement to FKA Twigs is “officially off”
Recently, a source told Life & Style that Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs’ engagement has been canceled because of the actor’s constant communication with his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart. According to the insider, their relationship is greatly affected since R-Pattz started asking career advice from K-Stew.
It is said that they finally called their engagement off and might not get married at all. Nonetheless, we hope that they would be able to fix things between them as soon as they can.
