Her marriage is going well and Kelly is happy in her life. She's close friends with Vicki Gunvalson, as they have continued to work together on their friendship after the dramatic trip to Ireland last year. However, it sounds like Kelly hasn't worked on her friendship with Meghan King Edmonds. During the show's hiatus, rumors surfaced that Dodd had a boyfriend outside of her marriage. When Meghan reached out to Kelly to inquire about the rumors, she received a text message that shocked her.
Dodd revealed that Meghan's husband Jimmy had been cheating on her. There was no merit to the accusation and King Edmonds was shocked that Dodd would make such a statement. She was clearly retaliating and she was upset that King Edmonds would question her about it.
According to a new Bravo report, Kelly Dodd isn't addressing the cheating rumor in her blog. Instead, she reveals that Meghan isn't as innocent as people think and she's using her pregnancy to play the victim.
Is Meghan a victim?
On "The Real Housewives of Orange County," Meghan explained that she thought it was outrageous that Kelly had texted her with such accusations, especially since she was seven months pregnant. It is possible she was referring to her being extra emotional and in love with both her husband and her unborn baby.
As for Kelly Dodd, she wants fans to know that she feels Meghan was playing the victim and she wasn't doing anything to help the situation. She explains that King Edmonds never reached out to her to inquire about her marriage or how things were going. Instead, she just texted her about the boyfriend rumor as if she was all about the gossip.
Doesn't address the cheating accusation
In her blog, Kelly doesn't discuss the cheating rumor that she brought up during the time the show was on a hiatus. She simply explains that it was wrong of Meghan to write to her as if she knew everything that was going on in her marriage. It was hurtful and she was disappointed that someone would even question her relationship, as they hadn't spent any time with her and Michael.
