The Los Angeles Times reported that Beyonce has just purchased a new home in Bel-Air that is worth $90 million. The home is in the form of a modern mansion that she now owns with her husband, rapper Jay-Z.

The deal has been closed over the past week, as reported on Los Angeles Times. The new home of the international pop star and the rapper has six structures sprawling across around $30,000 square feet of interiors. These are exclusive of the wide patios and state-of-the-art terraces that reportedly occupy around 10,000 square feet of outdoor spaces.

The Bel-Air mansion boasts a two-acre area that has a basketball court, a garage space that can accommodate 15 automobiles, a motor court, a parking space for staff, and a separate living quarters for the house staff members, Los Angeles Times added. The mansion is just one of the concrete proofs of the couple’s hard-earned efforts from many of their various music projects.

Sources revealed in the report that that amenities of their new home include spa and wellness facilities, four spacious swimming pools, glass-walled areas that offer perfect views of the vicinity, bulletproof doors and windows, and a media room. The home is expected to be the place where Beyonce and Jay-Z’s family will soon reside in.

Most expensive transaction

Though a source told the Los Angeles Times that the purchase was a “done deal,” the Bel-Air house has not reportedly been recorded yet. But when it does, the deal will be the most expensive in 2017 around the county in Los Angeles.

The mansion will beat a Malibu compound sold at $85 million and will tie the sale of an Owlwood estate as the Los Angeles’ third highest transaction made throughout the state’s history.

This new home of the international pop artist was reportedly developed by the son of a property investor and Irish billionaire, Dean McKillen. Sources also revealed that it had previously been offered for $135 million.

Beyonce and family

Beyonce just recently gave birth to her twins, namely Rumi and Sir. They are expected to move in from their current resident to the Bel-Air home, with her five-year-old daughter named Blue Ivy.

There is no doubt about her financial capability to purchase such property, along with her husband Jay-Z. She also released a limited-edition coffee table book about one of her projects, “Lemonade,” as what has been earlier reported. Beyonce and Jay-Z are both Grammy award-winning artists, selling millions of albums around the world.
