Tarek El Moussa has melted our hearts (once again) with his sweet message about his life as a father. The TV personality, who shares two kids with his former wife and "Flip or Flop" co-host Christina El Moussa, took to social media to express his love for his children, Taylor (6) and Brayden (1), and reveal how they changed his perception in life.

In his Instagram post, the male host said fatherhood requires "love, hard work, patience, and the understanding" that a father should serve as a role model to his kids as they grow up.
Tarek El Moussa added that fathers should realize that everything they do around their children will affect how they see the world.
"My number one goal in life that I WILL accomplish is being the best dad, friend, and mentor to my children. I just love them so much and I want them to live the best life ever! I [love] you, Tay and Bray," he captioned the post.
Despite what happened to his marriage with Christina El Moussa, the "Flip or Flop" host did not fail to perform his fatherly duties to their two kids. In fact, he often goes on family trips with them which he usually shares with his social media followers.
He even went surfing with Taylor and documented every brave moment of his six-year-old daughter.
"They grow and change every day and it's the most amazing thing in the world to watch," the host shared.
Earlier this month, Tarek El Moussa also shared his photo of Taylor and Brayden, enjoying a boat ride in Newport Beach in California. "Being a father to these two amazing kids is the best feeling in the world," the host wrote.
The "Flip or Flop" host, in a separate post, said nothing compares to being at home with his children after a hectic schedule. He also spent a laid back Father's Day with Taylor and Brayden in June. "Now... more than ever.... I truly understand what it is to be a father. Love your kids, protect your kids, create memories with your kids and make sure they live the absolute best happiest life ever," Tarek El Moussa said.
Tarek and his life after divorce from Christina
The TV host recently opened his gorgeous house to E! News. He is currently living in his new flat since he and Christina El Moussa filed for divorce in December 2016. But despite their separation, the former couple have agreed to continue working together as "Flip or Flop" co-hosts.
Tarek El Moussa even revealed that they often call each other to ask how the other is doing. "She'll call me…you know, we still deep down, we care about each other," he told E!.
