You would be excited to know that 'Dancing with the Stars' pro dancers Maksim and Peta wed on the same day as Julianne Hough and NHL player Brooks Laich. That's right, the 'Dancing with the Stars' judge tied the knot with her Canadian boyfriend Brooks Laich on Sunday in an outdoor ceremony held in Idaho. A report by People reveals that the couple invited only a few close friends and relatives to their special day. The list of notable guests includes Aaron Paul, Nina Dobrev, Mark Ballas, Julianne's brother, Derek, and others.

Julianne Hough decided to wear a gown by Marchesa on her special day. Her father, Bruce Hough, told People that he had gifted this gown to her daughter three days prior to her wedding day. Brooks Laich, on the other hand, had worn a Brooks Brothers tuxedo. Lexi and Harley served as ring bearers, and they sported flowered collars for the ceremony.

A long way to go on

Now the wedding day is over, and Julianne Hough is planning to settle in Canada with her husband. Julianne began dating country singer Chuck Wicks in August 2008, and they remained together until November 2009. Later on, Hough started dating Ryan Seacrest and stayed with him for almost three years.

In February 2014, she confirmed her relationship with NHL hockey player Brooks Laich through an Instagram post. The couple announced their engagement in August 2015.

Laich shared with People that it was important for him that he had his ceremony outdoors. Julianne and Laich decided to provide their guests with something adventurous.

Julianne walked down the aisle in a traditional Marchesa dress, while Laich was clad in a beautiful Brooks Brothers tuxedo. The entire event was planned by none other than Troy Williams of Simply Troy Lifestyle + Events, with the décor creating an amazing scene. Actress Ninna Dobrev was there to support Julianne throughout the event.

Aaron Paul and Mark Ballas, on the other hand, witnessed the couple's first kiss as husband and wife.

Before marrying Laich and sitting at the judge's table on ABC's show 'Dancing with the Stars', Julianne was a professional singer and dancer. In her short-term career as an artist, she experienced quite a bit of success, scoring CMA and ACM wins in the new artist categories.

In a separate ceremony in New York, 'Dancing with the Stars' pro dancers Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd exchanged their wedding rings on the same day. We wish everyone good luck and want to see them together for a lifetime.
