Talinda Ann Bentley, the wife of Chester Bennington, stunned her social media followers when she allegedly posted a series of shocking tweets a day after her husband died from apparent suicide on Thursday. Some of her followers were able to get a screenshot of the now-deleted posts wherein Bentley allegedly admitted that she had encouraged the Linkin Park singer to take his own life.

Suspicious posts on Bentley's social media account

"I encouraged him to kill himself. I told him no one cared," one post read. Another one said, "I never really loved him and I'm not hacked.

I just was (sic) in love with the money. Hurts to say."

Another tweet claimed that Bentley had cheated on Bennington with his bandmate Mike Shinoda. The suspicious posts were immediately taken down, raising speculation that the account could have been hacked in the wake of their mourning over the singer's death.

Bentley has yet to make a comment on the issue. Her followers, however, firmly believed that the series of tweets were done by a hacker who is taking advantage of the situation. Some of them even replied to these suspicious posts and asked the perpetrator to respect the grieving wife and her family.

While most of her followers are convinced that Bentley's account was hacked, others are also skeptical and even attacked Bennington's wife for the shocking tweets.

Bennington went on to reveal that his divorce had drained him and has made him resentful.

"I then fell in love again and I got help facing my demons. When I met Talinda, I knew she was the one pretty instantly," the rocker added.
