Ryan Edwards' mom is speaking out about the ongoing rumors regarding her son's potential addiction to drugs. As reports continue to swirl about the "Teen Mom OG" star's struggles, Jennifer Edwards has released a statement to The Dirty, revealing that while she can't say a whole lot, she and her husband, Larry Edwards, will soon be telling their side of the story.
“All I can say at this time is yes, Larry and I have a story and it will be told, but not at this time,” she said. Although Jennifer didn't reveal why she and Larry are staying silent about the drug reports, she may be contractually obligated with MTV to keep any future storylines of the show to herself.
Ryan Edwards and his parents were believed to be at odds during the last season of "Teen Mom OG" and at one point, Edwards was kicked out of their home. While the details surrounding the incident weren't completely clear, drug rumors were swirling at the time, and many believed the reality star had been kicked out due to his alleged use of drugs. That said, Edwards denied the rumors at the time, and it was never revealed why he was actually kicked out.

Although the "Teen Mom OG" dad's fiancee, Mackenzie Standifer, has been quite active on her Twitter and Instagram pages, Edwards has been silent for the past several months, which has only added to the speculation into his alleged struggles.
While he used to interact with fans on occasion on Twitter, he hasn't posted a thing since last year and fans continue to wonder what's really going on.
Ryan Edwards is getting married later this year
Despite the ongoing rumors regarding his alleged drug use and possibly impending stint in rehab, Edwards and Standifer are planning to tie the knot in Tennessee this fall.
The couple began dating one another in early 2015 and became engaged at the end of last year after attending the Florida wedding of Edwards' ex-girlfriend, Maci Bookout, the mother of his eight-year-old son, Bentley.
During the fun ceremony, Standifer shocked onlookers when she caught Bookout's bouquet. Weeks later, Edwards proposed during a riverboat cruise near their home.
As fans will recall, the special moment between the couple took place during an episode of season 6B.
