Amber Portwood and Matt Baier haven't parted ways, after all. Although there have been several reasons for fans to think that the "Teen Mom OG" couple split up, a couple of which came straight from Portwood, the longtime reality star and mom to her eight-year-old daughter Leah set the record straight earlier this week.
"We're working things out. We're working on our issues," Portwood confirmed to E! News on June 12. "That's all that needs to be said." But is it? Portwood has been giving mixed signals to her many fans and followers for weeks now, and just days ago, she told fans on Instagram that she and Baier were no longer together.
She even accused Baier of setting her up to look bad at a book signing for his book when she was never supposed to be included in the event.

After refusing to elope with Baier in Las Vegas during an episode of "Teen Mom OG," Portwood took to Twitter, where she told fans she was ready to move forward and be the woman she's always wanted to be with no one holding her back. She also further hinted at a split from Baier by telling her followers that her “new beginning starts now.” Still, all the while, Baier continued to share social media updates which suggested that they were still together.

Judging by her behavior and contradictory comments in recent weeks, Portwood doesn't know if she wants to marry Baier or not.
Although the couple previously planned to get married, their wedding has been rumored to have been called off, and on "Teen Mom OG," they continue to face drama. Most recently, after Baier said he would never marry Portwood after she turned him down in Las Vegas, Portwood admitted to having trust issues.
While it is hard to say why Portwood would announce her breakup on Instagram and then confirm she and Baier are still together just one day later, it seems safe to say that the reality star doesn't know what she wants.
She even hung out with her ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley over the weekend, which further confused her many fans and followers. As for Baier, he's stayed silent on social media after being a no-show at his book signing earlier this month.
