Laura Haddock is playing Viviane Wembly in the highly-anticipated Hollywood film, “Transformers: The Last Knight.”
Haddock reveals some behind the scenes secrets of the movie. In a recent interview with Yahoo, she spoke about Michael’s use of explosions.
The actress says that Bay’s sets are incredible. People think that 70% filming is done on green screen, but it’s not true.
Michael and the whole team united to Stonehenge and shot the action sequences at real-life places. There’s no involvement of green screen. In fact, the filmmaker built a Stonehenge for the shooting, and it cost him over $2 million.
‘Transformers: The Last Knight’
“Transformers: The Last Knight (Transformers 5) is one of the most anticipated films. This American science fiction is based on the toy line by Hasbro. It is the fifth film in the “Transformers” series, and a sequel to 2014 blockbuster “Transformers: Age of Extinction.”
Michael Bay is serving as director and co-producer, while Stanley Tucci and Mark Wahlberg reprise their characters from “Age of Extinction.” Tyrese Gibson, John Turturro, and Josh Duhamel are returning from the first film.
Bay has said in a recent interview that “Transformers: The Last Knight” is his last film in the franchise. It will swing into theaters on June 23, 2017, in IMAX 3D, and DVD. The previous month, Paramount Pictures acquired the US distribution rights for $40 million.

The story of “Transformers: The Last Knight” is about a single father and struggling businessman, Cade Yeager, who has formed an alliance with Bumblebee and several Oxford professors. He is about to participate in the battle between humans and the Transformers. He aims to know the secret of why the creatures keep coming back to Earth.
The studio also recruited Michael Bay to direct and co-produce the film. For months, it kept on looking for screenplay writers, and finally, Jeff Pinkner and Akiva Goldsman were hired to pen the story and dialogues.
