Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel are taking their relationship to the next level after saying their vows on Saturday. The two, who have dated for over a year, sealed their romance at their flat in Brentwood, California with only a few people in attendance.

How it all started

Kerr and Spiegel were first mired in dating rumors after they were spotted at a Los Angeles market together in July 2015. But despite raising the curiosity of the public, both parties remained tight-lipped of the controversy. The couple eventually confirmed they are in a relationship in February 2016.

When asked about her beau, the Australian model has nothing but kind words about her partner. Kerr even commended the business tycoon for being mature who would rather stay at home after work instead of clubbing and partying.

A source close to the couple revealed Kerr fell for Spiegel for being smart and humble. Aside from that, his close relationship with his family was a major turn on to for the Victoria's Secret model. The 34-year-old personality also loves that she can talk about anything with him.

Wedding day

Before the big day, the couple reportedly held an engagement party with their family and close friends. But despite the luxurious life of the Snapchat CEO, several sources close to him said Spiegel has remained down to earth and simple.

Similarly, his wedding with Kerr was kept intimate and private with less than 50 witnesses.

An insider said Kerr was a "natural princess" in her elegant white dress. The night was made more special when the couple turned emotional while saying their "beautiful" vows. The source further said the guest list included high-profile personalities and models.

Another source said the attendees were served with cocktail drinks upon their arrival at the venue at around 4:00 p.m. The wedding ceremony formally started at 4:40 and ended at 5:00 p.m. The insider stated, "everything was done elegantly."

Kerr was previously married to Orlando Bloom before they separated in 2013. The model shares a kid with the actor, named Flynn.

Spiegel, on the other hand, was a bachelor when he met the Victoria's Secret angel.

When asked if she is ready for another baby, Kerr candidly said she is not ruling out the idea of having more with her new partner. Meanwhile, her ex-husband is reportedly in favor of Kerr's new lover. An affiliate of the actor said Bloom appreciates how Spiegel has been treating his son.
