However, on the show last week, Frankel revealed that she had been dating a man named Dennis and he was filmed as part of the show.
According to a new Bravo report, Bethenny Frankel is now explaining what she meant when she discussed her relationship with Dennis on the show.
She opened up about how he had actually been dating her friend before they started hooking up and she had previously revealed that he was indeed single and divorced when they started dating.

Dennis chose to be filmed for "The Real Housewives of New York" during last week's episode, as he showed up to support Bethenny at her Be Strong event, where she announced that she would be working with women in crisis-like situations. And he was generous enough to donate money to help her dream get started.
"Dennis was so generous to donate $10,000. I'm sure many of you want to know about the mystery man. He is a good person and has been a friend for decades that I care about very much.
At the moment, I am not in a relationship by choice. I really choose to spend my time with my daughter and working on passion projects such as this very important charity," Bethenny Frankel reveals in her Bravo blog for "The Real Housewives of New York."

It sounds like Frankel is no longer in a relationship with Dennis.
It is interesting that she's saying she's not in a relationship by choice. That means she's probably no longer dating Bethenny Frankel, and she's continuing to get out of the relationship with her ex-husband, Bethenny Frankel. He has been trying to keep her to himself for years, and despite being legally divorced, he's now facing possible jail time and fines for stalking her.
He supposedly harassed her earlier this year when he sent emails to her and tried to contact her several times per day. It is admirable that Frankel can say such nice things about Dennis, even though they are no longer together.
