The much-anticipated "Bachelorette" Season 13 airs Monday, May 22, 2017, and the world is just not ready for what's in store. rachel lindsay was first introduced to America on the last season of "The Bachelor," as she and 29 other women tried to win over Nick Viall's heart. Lindsay is a 32-year-old attorney from Dallas, Texas. Smart, charming and funny, America was shocked to see Viall send her home after the hometown visits.

But, thankfully, she was chosen to be brought back into America's homes and was chosen as not only the next Bachelorette, but also as the network's first African-American Bachelorette.

Has she found her happily ever after?

"The Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" don't have the strongest records when it comes to lasting love, but sometimes couples find themselves defying the odds. As for Lindsay? She revealed on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," "I am very much so in love and very much so engaged. If I had a list, he would check everything off," Lindsay said.

As of now, she says she's trying to get to know her husband-to-be. Something she's found difficult to do since they don't live near each other. Lindsay and her fiance seem to be taking things slowly and are not in a rush to go down the aisle anytime soon. Lindsay added, "I think we'll just see how it goes. We just really want to get to know each other better and cultivate our relationship."

Which man stole her heart?

This season's contestants are unlike any seasons before.

Chris Harrison told ABC News that Lindsay's men are, "a little bit older, a little bit more accomplished. You couldn't have a 21-22-year-old frat guy coming in, looking for love. That's not who Rachel's going to end up with," Harrison said.

But with it still being "The Bachelorette," viewers can still expect the unexpected.

In the premiere episode, we get the chance to meet 30 eligible bachelors for America's sweetheart Lindsay. But, some men stand out more than others. We meet Matt, 32, a construction sales rep, who tries to stand out from the crowd by dressing up as a penguin.

Adam, 27, and a real-estate agent, shows up with an identical dummy named "A.J." We'll also see a full marching band.

While Jonathan, 31, finds that the best way to describe himself is as a "tickle monster."

As for who the lucky man is that got Lindsay to say "yes" to those special words, you're just going to have to watch with the rest of America.

You'll be able to see how this season unfolds starting Monday, May 22, 2017, at 9 pm on ABC.
