Alright, so we recently got a new, very short spoiler scoop for the upcoming "Marvel's Agents Of SHIELD" episode 18 of season 4 from the ABC press team. Though they don't reveal much, what they do reveal, sounds extremely serious and intense. It turns out that a secret that Fitz has been hiding, might just be the total undoing of the whole SHIELD crew altogether! We were also able to get a little bit of extra intel from some spoiler pics we found and some guest star announcements.
It's "No Regrets"
Their recent press release also let us know what they decided to title this installment.
It turns out that they went with: "No Regrets." I don't know about that. It sounds like we may see a few regrets from Fitz's end if this whole thing plays out the way they've mentioned it. Anyways, in their official description, they gave us this one storyline scoop, which tells us that the real reason why Fitz turned, is going to finally get brought to light at some point. And when it does, it might just bring down the entire SHIELD crew! Now, that sounds super duper serious to me.
Will this huge undoing of the entire SHIELD team, actually take place over this crazy secret? Or will we get some good news, revealing that they were able to survive this thing, whatever it is? They obviously didn't reveal any of those details due to their extremely vague and short synopsis, so it looks like we'll have to wait until this thing hits the airwaves to see how it's all going to play out.
Melinda points a gun again
Next, we were able to take a look at some promo pics for this episode from our Spoilertv.com sources, and they featured a new look at character, Jeffrey Mace, in action, or his robot clone, whichever one it is. They showed more of Melinda May in action. She's seen, pointing a gun, so it looks like a very serious scene.
There's also a scene where Coulson and Mace are standing over a knocked out or dead body. These could also just be another snapshot of the androids. But anyways, judging from that, it looks like it'll be another, very intense episode that's filled with a whole heap of drama.
A Grant Ward appearance
We also got a little intel from the guest star list they provided.
We're going to see Brett Dalton return to reprise his Grant Ward role in some fashion. We'll see some more scenes that feature Mack's little daughter, Hope, because her portrayer, Jordan Rivera, will be showing up in this one. We also have some production credits to mention. Episode 18 was directed by Eric Laneuville, and Paul Zbyszewski served up the script.
Alright, guys. That's all we've got for this episode, right now, but be sure to look out for the expected preview clip to release after episode 17 completes its airing later on tonight. It should definitely feature some extra details. We can also confirm that the new episode is due out on Tuesday night, April 18th, 2017. Stay tuned.
