Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are evidently the couple goals. The 40-year-old country singer revealed on the Monday episode of “The Voice” that his girlfriend brings him to work out at the gym.
The reality television singing competition aired its first live show episode, and the judges along with Adam Levine and Alicia Keys went hilariously fun.
The faceoff
When the time Shelton was talking to Aliyah Rose about a song, he recalled that he had heard it when Stefani brought him to the gym. The show’s contestant giggled with the thought that her coach and his girlfriend were working out together.
The No Doubt frontwoman then gave compliments to her boyfriend saying that he did a “great job.”
Another contender from the “God Gave Me You” singer's team, TSoul, revealed that he initially eyed his trainer and his 47-year-old partner to dance with his performance. The ex-husband of Miranda Lambert, then, joked that he would rather see the fashion designer dance than him.
The male challenger also showed his tricky dance move that made Levine can’t help himself but quipped. “Watching Blake try to do that would … put him out of commission for the rest of his life,” the Maroon 5 vocalist said.
Stefani wishing to have baby girl
Meanwhile, it looks like Stefani hinted her interest to have a Baby Girl in the April 18 episode of “The Voice.” The “Hollaback Girl” hitmaker has been very vocal about her desire to have a daughter as she already has three boys, Kingston (10), Zuma Nesta Rock (8), and Apollo Bowie Flynn (3), with her former husband, Gavin Rossdale.
Not that she doesn’t love her sons, of course, she does. It is just that they are doing more boy things with Shelton and she wants a young lady to play with. Evidently, she loves being a “girly-girl” with her love of fashion, dressing up, and style. Thus, she is really hoping to have her little baby girl. Now, it seems Shelton has to get ready as she expressed her longing to have a daughter.
To recall, she only has one girl included in her top six contenders in the singing competition, Brennley Brown. She is the teenage country singer she got from her boyfriend’s team during the faceoff battles. While performing “Fly” by Maddie & Tae, Stefani was in awe and once again wish to have her own baby girl.
“All I wanted was a little girl I could hang out with and play dress up with and — she’s my only girl and look at her!” she said in the show. She, too, has openly talked about how she wanted to have young girls on her team, but unfortunately, she only has one.
