Congratulations are in order for Tori Spelling and husband Dean Mcdermott who have happily welcomed the arrival of their fifth child, Baby Boy Beau Dean McDermott.

Tori and Dean are now one baby shy of becoming the latest "Brady Bunch" family!

Baby Beau made his arrival to the world via C-section on Thursday, March 2nd at 1:48 p.m., weighing in at 5 pounds 10 ounces. Spelling also announced her joy across the social media sites posting, "We are so excited to announce the birth of the newest member of the McDermott family! Please join us in welcoming Beau Dean McDermott." Tori also added that baby Beau's four older brothers and sisters are already madly in love with their new baby brother.

'90210" star delivers healthy baby boy!

As previously reported, Tori,43, and Dead, 49, announced the news of their fifth pregnancy last October revealing that their already large brood consisting of Liam, 9, Stella,8, Hattie,5, and Finn age four would be growing once again. In past interviews Tori has admitted that she loves motherhood and feels very comfortable being pregnant. This is a very happy moment in the family's life after years of marital and financial troubles.

Tori is known by fans for playing Donna Martin on the 90s smash teen drama hit "Beverly Hills 90210." However, she and husband Dean have become popular media targets for a number of cheating and financial scandals in their ten-year marriage that nearly tore their family apart.

This fifth pregnancy has been a smooth ride for Tori who experienced placenta previa with her last pregnancy.

Proud papa Dean expressed his concerns for Tori and the baby's health during the pregnancy and can now breathe a sigh of relief. Mom and baby are both healthy and resting, and rest is something Tori and Dean are both going to need.

The couple are sure going to have their hands more than full 24/7 with a new baby and four school aged kids to tend to.

Fans are just hoping that the family has worked out their financial issues, five kids are not going to be cheap to raise, especially these days with the high costs of living continuing to rise. Who knows, maybe a new television reality series might be in the family's future?

Congratulations go out to Tori and Dean!
