Hey, "NCIS Los Angeles" peeps. We got a couple of spoiler goodies for you guys for the upcoming episode 18 of the current season 8. The CBS folks were so very kind enough to deliver up two storyline plots that we can expect to see go down in this, and they sound quite intriguing and suspenseful as we'll be seeing Eric and Nell, hit up the field to do some undercover work. Their goal will be to take down some shady husband and wife team that's linked to a super serious crime. We'll also see Flynn from the cyber crew, show up, and more.
It's "Getaway"
They also revealed what they've titled this thing. They've named it: "Getaway," so they kept it nice and short. Getting into the official description, they decided to make sure that they put in ,all-caps, that we're going to see Nell and Eric get assigned to this big undercover operation after the U.S. Treasury Department gets hacked like nobody's business. It turns out that a tech savvy couple may be responsible for this crazy mess, which is why Nell and Eric will hit up a couple's retreat for the location where they'll put their big undercover operation into motion. Will Eric and Nell be able to successfully pull this off? Or will the whole thing crumble in their faces? These are a couple burning questions for this scenario.
Here comes Dave Flynn
Next, we learn that the crew will be bringing in a Digital Forensics Specialist, named Dave Flynn, from the NCIS cyber crew, which is located in San Diego,CA. He's going to be there to run ops while Eric and Nell are away on their intense assignment. Will Dave fill in, successfully? Or will he screw something up?
We'll have to wait and see what goes down with that situation in the episode, because they didn't reveal any other plot details, regarding his activities.
We'll definitely be expecting to see the undercover operation, take up most of the focus of this episode, which was written by Erin Broadhurst, and Tony Wharmby directed it. Their press release also confirmed that episode 18 is scheduled to hit the airwaves next Sunday night, March 19th,2017 at 9pm central time on CBS. Stay tuned.
