According to a new report, the "Vanderpump Rules" star has been cozying up to one of her longtime friends months after her traumatic split from former boyfriend Patrick Meagher. So, who is the mystery man? She's no man at all. In fact, according to a report by Radar Online, Schroeder has been getting close to her gay best friend, Taylor Strecker.
“Stassi and Taylor have been spotted getting very close, sitting on the front row of lots of shows at NYC Fashion Week,” a source revealed to Radar Online. “They are always together and touching and giggling.
Stassi is much happier being around Taylor than she ever was around Patrick.”
According to the outlet, Stassi Schroeder and Strecker aren't just friends -- they are potential co-stars. Although there has been no confirmation of a series based around the life of Schroeder, the report claimed the duo was hoping to land a "Vanderpump Rules" spinoff series for themselves.

While Radar Online suggested that Schroeder and her friend were getting cozy with one another, they aren't doing so in a romantic manner. Why not? For starters, Schroeder likes men. As fans have seen on the show, Schroeder is straight and has dated a couple of men, including Jax Taylor and Patrick Meagher, in the years she's been featured on "Vanderpump Rules." In addition, Strecker is currently living with another woman, girlfriend Taylor Donohue.

During the 5th season of "Vanderpump Rules," Schroeder spoke out about her split from Meagher, which came after several months of tension. In 2016, Schroeder moved in with Kristen Doute in hopes of rekindling her romance with Meagher, but unfortunately, absence did not make the heart grow fonder and months later, they called off their relationship.
