Business first for Tarek and Christina El Moussa

Though the "Flip or Flop" couple have been embroiled in divorce drama and headlines in recent months, Tarek and Christina El Moussa seem to be moving on together -- at least as far as their professional lives are concerned. While the "Flip or Flop" couple are no longer romantically linked (with Tarek El Moussa filing for divorce last month), the former couple are still very much linked professionally, and, on Friday, the two attended the 2017 Investors Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada.

'Flip or Flop' stars maintaining professional partnership

While it was made clear a few days ago that Christina El Moussa and Gary Anderson are very much an item, it seems that both Christina and Tarek are doing their best to maintain their professional partnership, even if their personal partnership may have crumbled recently. The pair seem adamant about putting on a united front as far as their professional lives are concerned, and this joint appearance is certainly a great way of letting that be known. In a lot of ways, it was business as usual for the former couple, as their brand has not suffered since the split.

Will HGTV renew 'Flip or Flop'?

While both "Flip or Flop" cancellation and "Flip or Flop" spin-off rumors have been circulating since news of the couple's split became public, it would appear that perhaps the show will continue on as well.

While there has been no official confirmation yet, both stars are in the middle of filming episodes for next season, and, with the former couple making a joint appearance together, that can only point to good things -- at least as far as their business model is concerned.

The Inquisitr reports that the former couple net a cool $10,000 for each episode of "Flip or Flop" that they are featured in, also, for speaking events -- like the one they just attended in Las Vegas -- they can pull in as much as $40,000 per appearance.

Added to this, let's not forget the revenue they generate from each house they flip, as well. So, while their personal lives have drifted apart in recent months, their business relationship is as lucrative as ever.
