As most fans know, Chloe Lane will get custody of baby Holly. Many viewers are disappointed and angry about this news. Even though Nicole has her shortcomings, Holly is her biological daughter. She has been through so much pain that it is hard to fathom her going through any more heartbreak.

In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, executive producer Ken Corday teased that the new head writer will be giving more scenes to certain characters. Those mentioned include Brady Black, Nicole Walker, and Chloe Lane. This means that Chloe must stay in Salem or will come back.

Soap opera fans do not like unhappy endings. Nicole deserves her child and there must be a resolution to this storyline.
