Marty Deeks is headed to jail…again. The OSP’s resident detective found himself on the wrong side of a murder rap last season and his brush with a sure life sentence left fans biting their nails. Luckily for Deeks, his next trip behind bars will come with a guaranteed out.
‘NCIS: LA’ episode 14 script tease
Last week, guest star Joey Abril dropped a tantalizing look at an upcoming script.
The actor will play Amen and, according to a photo from the episode 14 table read, he will become Deeks’ cellmate in “Under Siege.” As Kensi (Daniela Ruah) can attest, Deeks and his bed head are an acquired taste. It’s a safe bet his jocular antics won’t go over well with his new roomie. In fact, Amen’s first words to his bunkmate will include a threat to “tear [Deeks] open from the inside out.” Yikes.
Although Deeks likes to act as if the weight of the world never touches his shoulders, you can rest assured the LAPD liaison is quite capable when it comes to taking down Los Angeles’ criminal masterminds.
Even if he does take a few lumps in his next undercover op, Olsen’s cop has Sam (LL Cool J), Callen (Chris O’Donnell), and Kensi in his corner.
What’s next for ‘NCIS: LA’?
Christmas is just around the corner and “NCIS: LA” will send viewers into the midseason hiatus with their yearly holiday special. With Kensi back in the bullpen, 2016 will end with all your favorite players in one place. Get a dose of winter cheer in Dec. 18’s “Tidings We Bring,” palm trees be damned.
“Sam partners with Anna (Bar Paly) and Callen goes with Deeks as the team investigates the disappearance of a Navy Lieutenant Commander who is working with the NSA on foreign cyber threats,” CBS teased. “Also, the team celebrates the holidays together.”
For Callen, a little mistletoe could help push a burgeoning relationship to the next level.
Another team up with Anna means another chance at romance for the perpetual bachelor.
“In their lives, a happy, healthy relationship is unlikely, but that doesn’t stop him from being interested,” O’Donnell told TV Insider.
