How to get Grimer and Muk?
1. Broods an egg of 5 kilometers.
2. When the egg is about to hatch, evolve from 3 or more poison Pokémon.
3. When your egg hatches, you get a Grimer, allowing you to get a good amount of candy.

By following the above steps, you can get enough candy, so that the Grimer Pokemon that you have obtained, may evolve into Muk.
