It all started one day when I was scrolling through my social media timelines and came across a video on Facebook shared by Svalbardi, explaining their company mission and advocating for their product. I was very intrigued at the Thought of Water plucked straight out of a North Pole iceberg, raw, without treatment. All the bottled water I see today goes through lengthy purification, and other unnamed treatment processes which make me question what is in the Bottle. After careful consideration, I purchased a bottle and patiently waited. What arrived at my door became more meaningful than I could ever explain.

How did it taste?

This water was so very refreshing, replenishing, and immensely elegant. It tasted pure, it didn’t taste like treatment facilities, or how typical water usually flows down your tongue. It also gave me a feeling of elegance. I drank this water out of a fancy glass, and it just felt like this water was meant for royalty.

How did it impact me?

When I first got this bottle, I was in the middle of a nasty cold, and this water was a godsent remedy that cured my ills. Both my fiancé and I drank out of it, and I think it brought us closer together, closer to nature, and more aware of our surroundings. Also, my parents are divorced and haven’t seen each other in years and this bottle of water brought us all together.

My mom had a sip, bragging about how delicious and natural it tasted. I bought the bottle to my dad’s house, and the entire family had a sip after I clumsily spilled a couple of drops.

Water isn’t typically a thought at the forefront of my mind, but this water truly brought my entire family together for the first time in a long time.

It was extremely humbling to see my family brought together by the one thing that unites all living creatures -- the need for hydration and water.

Would I recommend it?

I would highly recommend this as a “once in a lifetime” type of deal. It is expensive, however, the chance to try this unprocessed and untreated water gives drinkers a unique experience and is a great gift for all occasions.

I would also recommend this to anyone that can taste distinct differences between the flavors of different waters. Svalbardi’s water provides a highly unique taste that can appeal to any palette. As Svalbardi says, “Water is the new wine.” The ability to try luxury water is an experience that I will never forget, and I think that anyone with the means should try a bottle.
