As Donald Trump continues to deal with the fallout from the release of Michael Wolff's "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House," his son Eric is celebrating his birthday. While the president didn't acknowledge Eric's birthday on social media, two of his siblings did, which quickly resulted in mockery from critics.

Eric the birthday boy

When Donald Trump announced that he was running for president back in the summer of 2015, he did so on the floor of his very own Trump Tower in New York City with his family standing behind him. Throughout his campaign and since his election win, the former host of "The Apprentice" has highlighted some of his children, while nearly isolating others.

Young son Barron and daughter Tiffany are rarely in the spotlight, while Ivanka Trump is a special assistant in the White House, and Donald Trump Jr. is active giving his political thoughts on social media. However, Eric Trump is stuck in limbo, as he's seen to make an appearance from time to time, though not nearly being as accessible as Ivanka and Donald Jr., but more so than Barron and Tiffany. On Saturday, Eric celebrated his 34th birthday while the president spent the morning on Twitter reinforcing the nation that he was a "stable genius." As seen on Twitter on January 6, Ivanka and Donald Jr. decided to send their brother birthday wishes.

Taking to Twitter on Saturday, Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr.

tweeted out some love for their sibling. "Happy birthday to my amazing brother @EricTrump. I love you very much & hope that this year will be your best turn around the sun yet!" Ivanka tweeted.

"Happy birthday to the best little brother ever...

@erictrump you don’t look a day over 60 buddy," Donald Trump Jr. tweeted out, while attaching a picture of himself and his brother when they were just kids, with the image showing Don Jr. wrapping a headlock around Eric Trump. As expected, the reaction from critics wasn't very kind.

Birthday reaction

After Eric Trump received his birthday tweets, those who oppose the administration wasted no time firing back.

"Enjoy it while it lasts. The Trump’s will be celebrating their birthdays in prison next year," David Nuzzy Nussbaum posted.

"You tweeted this during Shabbas," one tweet read in regards to Ivanka Trump being a practicing Jew. A follow-up tweet doubled down, writing, "OMG!

That’s right. I thought that they did the whole no electricity thing during Sabbath. Maybe they uses Alexa. I thinks is OK if you don’t physical turn anything on. I saw that on a episode of Property Brothers."

"Why did you get the semi-qualified orthodontist and Eric get the hack? Cuz you’re daddy’s little," another Twitter user wrote back to Ivanka Trump. "You mean the stupid one that thought Ellen was part is the deep state," an additional tweet stated about Eric's latest conspiracy theory.
