According to NBC, Bianca was on her way home from shopping with both her mother and her grandmother. She had just graduated from school and was planning on going to college later on this summer.

When Bianca was driving home she was targeted by David Desper. Desper was carrying a gun with him in his truck. He grew agitated with Roberson when she didn't allow him to pass. David drew his gun and shot Bianca in the back of the head. Witnesses at the scene have stated that they heard a loud bang and then saw Roberson's car swerving off the road.

Bianca's family are deeply distressed by the loss of their daughter. They have declined to make a statement to the press. Her mother Michelle is struggling to understand how anyone could shoot an 18-year-old.

She is deeply upset and shocked as her daughter was set to reach her next milestone attending college later this summer.

A manhunt began to find Desper

A manhunt began for David Desper when he shot and killed Bianca. He immediately fled the scene after shooting the young girl. The authorities were searching for Desper for a few days before he turned himself into the police on Sunday, July 2.

David Desper is being held at Chester County Prison. He has not been granted bail. The Man is being charged with criminal homicide, third-degree murder, reckless endangerment and possession of a weapon with criminal intent. Desper's parents were shocked at their son's actions and were seen sobbing during the son's confession to the police.

The parents already lost a son four years ago.

David Desper has been set his preliminary hearing for July 13. District Attorney has described the murder as savage and senseless. Desper's attorney was not available to make a comment on behalf of his client and the public is deeply shocked.
