The Man is being charged with criminal homicide, third-degree murder, reckless endangerment and possession of a weapon with criminal intent. Desper's parents were shocked at their son's actions and were seen sobbing during the son's confession to the police. The parents already lost a son four years ago.

David Desper has been set his preliminary hearing for July 13. District Attorney has described the murder as savage and senseless. Desper's attorney was not available to make a comment on behalf of his client and the public is deeply shocked.
