Feuds shape the Real Housewives TV shows and "The Real Housewives of Orange County" delivers big on that element. Last season new alliances were formed and others were broken on season 11 of "rhoc." Bravo's Andy Cohen says there will be "shifting alliances" in season 12 and that kelly dodd will surprise fans. If the latest report is any indication, it could be that Kelly is pulling away from bestie, Vicki Gunvalson.
Kelly ditches Vicki
According to Radar Online, a source claims that Vicki and Kelly have had a falling out. Vicki is said to be upset with Kelly for making up with her enemy, Tamra Judge.
Kelly is tired of being Vicki's "secret weapon" against Tamra and will make up with her in season 12 of "RHOC." The feud between Vicki and Tamra peaked last season after Vicki allegedly spread rumors about Tamra and her husband.
Vicki feels betrayed by Kelly's changing loyalty. Kelly and Tamra had their own feud going when Tamra's daughter was brought up in Ireland. Kelly made things worse by insinuating that Tamra's estranged daughter doesn't speak to her because of her temperament. That statement resulted in a bloodbath between the two women that was so heated, Tamra threatened to "kill" her.
Tamra has newfound support
The source reveals that Kelly and Tamra aren't best friends by any means, but they've reached a point in which they've resolved some issues between them.
Other cast members are taking Tamra's side in season 12 of "RHOC." Look for Shannon Beador and Meghan King Edmonds to be on Team Tamra as well. Does this mean Vicki will have an ally in returning cast member Lydia McLaughlin? It's unknown where newcomer Peggy Sulahian will fit into all of this, but Gretchen Rossi will be back as a "friend" to help Vicki stick it to Tamra.
The premiere date for "The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 12 hasn't been announced, but season 11 premiered on June 20, 2016. Heather Dubrow won't be back on the show and will add to the ever-changing drama on "RHOC."
Vicki overplayed her hand with Kelly
Are you shocked to hear that Kelly is abandoning her loyalty to Vicki by making up with Tamra?
There was a brief interaction between Vicki and Kelly last season where they disagreed on something. Kelly felt that Vicki could've done a better job defending her, but they quickly got over it. In season 12, Vicki manages to overplay her hand with Kelly and will only have Gretchen and Lydia to turn to.
