Amidst the arrival of a new season are changes in life. From back to school season to new semesters at work, or even a new relationship: the transition can be overwhelming for many. So what better way to endure the new season than to find a song that understands exactly how you feel? Here are some of my favorite playlists on Spotify for this week:

1) 'Fall Feels' by Myplay.com

With over 500,000 followers, this convenient playlist contains everything you need for the fall season. With artists like Kesha to Zayn and Sia, you'll find yourself swept away by the autumn breeze.

Considering the timing, this is pretty much okay to play anwhere- from the road to work to on your way back home from school. You can even blast it while baking pumpkin pie in your home kitchen.

2) 'Breakup Songs' by Sonymusic

Did the new season bring some serious changes to your love life? With the return of the busy season, many people simply find it difficult to manage relationships during this time of year. No worries though- get in those feels you've been craving with this playlist.

With tear-jerkers like Meghan Trainor and John Legend's "Like I'm Gonna Lose You" and "Stay With Me" by Sam Smith, you'll find that lost soul of yours in no time. Not looking to wallow in sadness? Then rock out to songs like "Since U Been Gone" by Kelly Clarkson and dance that anger out.

Either way, you'll get over any remaining pent-up emotions you may have in no time.

3) 'Soul Coffee' by Spotify

Need a theme song for that pumpkin spice grande you just ordered? Or some tunes to hum along to as you work on your next big project?

This playlist is a personal favorite of mine, just because I'm always drinking coffee- and thus, always in need of a good song to help me get those burning blends down my system.

With songs like "I Can't Help It" by Michael Jackson or "Summer Soft" by Stevie Wonder, this playlist is filled to the brim with classic #artists. You won't be able to help but adore these songs as you sip on some pure music nostalgia.

Not a fan? Then check out the R&B and jazz this playlist has to offer. From "Liberation" by OutKast to "Love, Love, Love" by Donny Hathaway, this list has the potential to make anywhere you go feel like a cafe.

Feel free to snap along (I certainly am).
