Emilia Clarke, known for her role in HBO’s “Game of Thrones” as Mother of Dragons, has recently dyed her hair platinum blonde.
This news was released on Tuesday as she took to Instagram to show off her new haircut and hair color. Her new color is now closer to the character Daenerys Targaryen of GOT.

On Tuesday, the Mother of Dragons has not only cut off her long natural brunette hair, but she also dyed it platinum blonde.
This has fans talking about her hair being similar to the role she plays in “Game of Thrones.”
Along with a snap of her new hair color, Emilia Clarke captioned her photo with “Mother of dragons meet Emilia. Emilia meet the mother of dragons. If you squint just so you might never know.”
She even gave credits to Kevin Alexander and Candice Banks, makers of the Khaleesi wig, for her new hairstyle. With numerous fans saying her new hair is a bold move, others now see the actress as someone is is closer to her on-screen character Daenerys Targaryen.
The post has already gathered more than 1.7 million likes and 20.8 thousand comments from her followers, as of the time of writing.
There have been comments from various fans who have said that she will now be more easily recognizable on the streets.
On the other hand, some fans commented on how her beautiful new blonde hair is better suited for her than her natural brunette.

Compared to her long Khaleesi hair wig on the show though, her new platinum blonde hair is short as it only goes up to her neck. Nonetheless, her fans are still very excited and happy about her new change.
