Finally, a theme park for car lovers! The new Ferrari Land recently opened to the public in Spain. It's a park that pays tribute to one of the world’s most famous car brands, Inside Composites reported. The new attraction will feature both the classic and the current car models offered by the company.

The classic red-colored Ferrari car became the inspiration for this theme park’s exciting roller coaster ride. The attraction is called as “Red Force,” which is now touted as the tallest and fastest ride of this kind in Europe, spanning high at over 112 meters, the report added.

“This is a unique theme park in Europe where you can enjoy a thrilling experience with the whole family and discover all the secrets behind the legendary Italian brand and its creator, Enzo Ferrari,” the theme park’s official website said.

Attractions

Ferrari Land has various attractions that both car enthusiasts and the ordinary visitor can appreciate. It takes guests to a gallery featuring its iconic creations and an exhibit that pays tribute to the racers who have driven these cars.

It also offers thrilling rides such as a free fall experience, bounce-back flyers, race tracks, three-dimensional video games, and drifting challenges among many others. The park also has performances, stores, and restaurants that guests can visit.

It also has an upcoming line-up of events for the Halloween and the holiday season. There will be acrobatic shows and street parties that both children and adults can enjoy.

Ferrari Land is operated by PortAventura World, a themed attraction that is located in Tarragona, Spain. PortAventura World also operates its own theme park for general interests and a waterpark.

Strong materials

Since it is an attraction that is inspired by the robust Ferrari cars, it follows that the park is constructed with the use of the strongest materials. According to Inside Composites, the roller coaster rides were made out of aluminum panels.

Resins were also used to maintain versatility, flexibility, and strength.

In this day and age, safety should be the main concert of theme parks when providing roller coaster experiences to their guests. The management has contracted reputable construction companies and architects to ensure quality output for all of its attractions and experiences.
