The second episode of "Game of Thrones" season 7, titled "Stormborn" just aired it was mind-blowing. The first of the many battles has taken place while the two Targaryens are on their way to becoming allies.
Jon Snow and Daenerys' alliance finally in the works
The highly anticipated team-up between Jon Snow of House Stark and Daenerys Targaryen is finally about to happen. The Red Priestess Melisandre returned to Dragonstone in the new episode and requested an audience with Daenerys.
Melisandre tells Daenerys that according to a prophecy, she and Jon Snow are bound to have important roles in the upcoming great war.
Tyrion Lannister puts in a good word for Jon Snow and convinces the Khaleesi that the bastard will be a great ally.
Jon Snow makes Sansa the head of Winterfell
Shortly after Melisandre and Daenerys' meeting, a raven was immediately sent out to Winterfell, summoning Jon Snow to Dragonstone to pledge his allegiance to the real queen. Sansa Stark and Jon Snow hesitated at first but when word from Samwell Tarly came, claiming that the dragon glass they needed to use against the White Walkers were in Dragonstone, Jon Snow immediately set out to the island in Blackwater Bay with Davos Seaworth.
Jon Snow's decision was met with disagreement from the houses but he had no choice because only the King of the North can convince a queen to fight with them.
As the only Stark left, Winterfell was left in Sansa's hands and Jon Snow made sure to warn Little Finger not to touch his sister.
Cersei's secret weapon against the dragons
Cersei Lannister has started rounding up more allies, summoning and threatening various houses to pledge their loyalty to the Iron Throne and the Lannisters.
However, she can also convince them to join if she comes up with a plan to defeat the dragons.
Under the castle in King's Landing lies the graveyard of slain dragons during the war against the Mad King. Cersei referred to it as Robert Baratheon's trophy room and it unveiled a traditional yet powerful weapon that can penetrate dragon's skin and bones.
Arya heads to Winterfell
One of the most anticipated reunions in this season of "Game of Thrones" finally happened and it turned out to be an emotional one. Arya was on a journey to King's Landing but after hearing from her old friend, Hot Pie that Jon Snow has reclaimed Winterfell, Arya turned back to return to her home
On her way home, Arya ran into a pack of wolves led by her long lost direwolf, Nymeria. The touching reunion depicted a powerful longing as Arya asks Nymeria to return home with her but years of being separated has somehow strained their friendship. Nymeria turned back into the depth of the woods and hopefully, she'll be appearing again in this season.
Greyjoy vs. Greyjoy
Daenerys and Tyrion had devised a battle plan that needed the Greyjoys and Ellaria Sand to leave Dragonstone with their fleet.
However, Euron Greyjoy ambushed them at sea and managed to seize Ellaria and Asha Greyjoy. With Asha's fleet destroyed and her army defeated, Theon abandons ship, leaving Asha to become Euron's prisoner.
